Who we are

Our products are operated by SK Rituals, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Delaware, USA, located at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.

About our products

Everything we sell is a digital, educational product. Some are multi-day programs with lessons, videos, interactive tools, and rituals (for example SIGNALS unlocks a new day every 24 hours, and The Glow Sprint runs over several days). Others are one-time digital items, such as the Body Scan (a quiz that returns a personalized reading and PDF), the Glow Bites Journal, and the free Morning Stack guide. What you receive is described at checkout or on the product page. Access is delivered online and, for some products, by email.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our products.

Your account

You log in without a password, using a secure one-time code we email you. Keep access to your email secure. Your access is personal to you: please do not share your login, and do not let other people use your account.

Pricing and payment

The price is shown at checkout. Any discounts, credits, or bundle add-ons apply only as shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown to you.

Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Because our products are digital and give you immediate access to valuable materials, every purchase is final and non-refundable, unless a refund is required by law. Please ask us anything you need before you buy, at hey@skrituals.com.

What you can and cannot do with the content

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. Everything in our products (text, videos, designs, quizzes, readings, the frameworks, and related materials) belongs to SK Rituals, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not:

• copy, share, resell, publish, screenshot for distribution, or redistribute the materials;
• use them to create a competing product or service; or
• remove any notices of ownership.

Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. Do not try to break or bypass its security, access it in unauthorized ways, or disrupt it for others.

Health, wellness, and medical disclaimer

Our products are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, psychological, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. SK Rituals and its founder are not your doctor, dietitian, or licensed healthcare provider, and using our products does not create any practitioner-client or doctor-patient relationship. Nothing we provide has been evaluated by the FDA, and nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Always talk with a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any diet, movement, fasting, supplement, sunlight, cold, breathing, or other practice, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have any medical condition. Any blood-work panels or markers we mention are for general education only, are not a diagnosis, and should be ordered and interpreted by your own licensed provider. If you experience any adverse symptoms, stop right away and seek medical care. You are solely responsible for your own health decisions.

Assumption of risk

You take part in our products and act on their content voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you assume all risk from your use of the products, and you release SK Rituals, LLC and its team from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your participation or from choices you make based on the content.

No guarantee of results

Everyone is different. We share a method and our best guidance, but we cannot and do not promise any specific result. Any stories, examples, or testimonials show individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will experience the same.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers (for example Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Bunny Stream, and Google Fonts) to run parts of the service. When you use those parts, their own terms may also apply.

Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The products and site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. SK Rituals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to reimburse and hold harmless SK Rituals, LLC from any claims or costs that arise from your misuse of the products or your breach of these terms.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access if these terms are broken, for example if content is shared or copied. Because all sales are final, ending access for a breach does not entitle you to a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using our products after we update them, that means you accept the changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute comes up, please email us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that is not resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
