Who we are

SIGNALS is operated by SK Rituals, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Delaware, USA, located at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.

About SIGNALS

SIGNALS is a 10-day digital educational program. It includes daily lessons, videos, interactive tools, and rituals, released on a schedule (a new day unlocks every 24 hours). When you purchase, you get access to the materials as described at checkout.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use SIGNALS.

Your account

You log in without a password, using a secure one-time link we email you. Keep access to your email secure. Your access is personal to you: please do not share your login, and do not let other people use your account.

Pricing and payment

The price is shown at checkout (a founding-member price before launch, and the standard price afterward). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown to you.

Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Because SIGNALS is a digital product that gives you immediate access to valuable materials, every purchase is final and non-refundable. Please ask us anything you need before you buy, at hey@skrituals.com.

What you can and cannot do with the content

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the SIGNALS materials for your own personal use. Everything in the program (text, videos, designs, the framework, and related materials) belongs to SK Rituals, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not:

• copy, share, resell, publish, or distribute the materials;
• use them to create a competing product or service; or
• remove any notices of ownership.

Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. Do not try to break or bypass its security, access it in unauthorized ways, or disrupt it for others.

Health and medical disclaimer

SIGNALS is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. It has not been evaluated by the FDA and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always talk to your healthcare provider before changing your diet, movement, supplements, or routine. You take part at your own risk.

No guarantee of results

Everyone is different. We share a method and our best guidance, but we cannot promise any specific result.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers (for example, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, and YouTube) to run parts of the service. When you use those parts, their own terms may also apply.

Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, SK Rituals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access if these terms are broken, for example if program content is shared or copied.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using SIGNALS after we update them, that means you accept the changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
